Mar da Palha is a school newspaper run by Agrupamento de Escolas Emídio Navarro, in Almada, which Aletria has been developing with the school community and which promotes media literacy, critical thinking and discussion of current affairs, as well as the writing, reading and autonomy skills of its team of young volunteers. This project is subsidised by the National Reading Plan (Movimento 14/20 a Ler) and covers the three school years from 2023 to 2025, with the regularity of two issues a year and the creation of a podcast.
